Oregon Coast Wedding Inspiration

What does a story grounded in freedom and a bit of romance look like? How do you combine what inspires you and pay homage to your culture with the ones you love on your wedding day? Photographer, Jenni Kupelian, was moved by the idea of creating something beautiful by contrasting a subtle hit of her culture against her love for the rugged Oregon Coast. “The tide was high and we actually waded through water carrying all the beautiful details of the shoot in our arms as the waves splashed against our legs. We wanted the images to be rich with bold color set against the neutral setting of the north coast. The texture of the rock and terrain paired beautifully with the tone and story we had in mind.” In the end, they created a story that was lush, romantic and full of natural moments.

Texture was a big part of the shoot…from the sand, to the rock walls to the beading on the bride’s gown. We also loved pairing the bold floral with cooler ocean tones in the background of the table setting and ribbon.

Foral Details: Clematis vines, scabiousa, dahlia, ranunculus, garden roses, Himalayan honey suckle and astrania — all in warmly bold berry tones and plum purples.
