Giving Thursday :: Elva Fields + Backpack Buddies

For today’s Giving Thursday, we are excited to share the Holiday 2011 Collection by Elva Fields, inspired by family festivities. This Holiday season, Elva Fields will also be offering a limited-edition vintage lucite glitter earring style to benefit Backpack Buddies of Spencer County, Kentucky. For December 2011 only, these earrings will retail for $30 (including gift packaging and shipping, plus a note about the donation). For every purchase, $10 donated to Backpack Buddies, a program that provides healthy snacks and food to local children dependent on the school cafeteria for most of their meals (3x more than Elva Fields’ standard donation for each online purchase). By sending kids home each Friday with food for the weekend, Backpack Buddies is able to change the health and success of these students one bag at a time. You can do your part and purchase the earrings here.
