Italian Styled Wedding in Alabama

There’s a hidden gem of a town in Northern Alabama, called Mooresville, that makes you feel like you have stepped into a different world. This happened to Kathleen, with Kathleen Bernal Events, when she just happened to run past the Old Brick Church of Mooresville one day, with its amazingly gorgeous pink-toned bricks, weathered stucco walls, and breath-taking Greek-revival style columns framing the front.

And, not being able to get this quaint little building off her mind, the “romantico” inspirational shoot began to form.

“Together, with Crimson and Clover Photography, Simpson’s Florist, and other incredibly talented vendors who all have the same love for the Old Brick Church, the shoot was organic, with pieces of old Italian-style to compliment the natural beauty of the site. A flowing dress, found at White Dresses, was also important with the design. The color palette was shades of gray, including pewter plates, mixed with ivy, to help bring out the pink tones in the brick.

We’re so thankful for a gorgeous day, a nice breeze, and a stunning backdrop, everything was absolutely dreamy.”
