Less is more. As of late, I’ve been inspired by this way of living. What would life be like if there was less time spent on social media and more time spent connecting with the presence of real people. What is it like with less television and more reading. What about less being afraid and more being courageous (even if you’re incredibly afraid internally). Less busy-ness and more being still and in prayer. Less complications, more simplifying. I’ve only doing this for last month, and I’m already noticing a huge shift in my life. I’ve become more aware, grateful and more intentional. I know this is just the beginning, and I really look forward to how I’ll be in the next few month
I truly think there’s a shift in the air, and I know a lot of people are feeling it too. People are yearning to be more truly and “utterly engaged” with life and less disconnected with themselves and each other. Don’t you agree?
Today, we have a simple and beautiful this rustic, elegant bridal shoot that reflects the place I’m in. And I’ll let the images from Emily Jane Photography speak for themselves. Share with me, what are some ways and things that you’re yearning more and less of?
“A sacrifice to be real must cost, must hurt,
must empty ourselves.
The fruit of silence is prayer, the fruit of prayer is faith,
the fruit of faith is love, the fruit of love is service,
the fruit of service is peace.”
– Mother Theresa
